Easy access

We thought the additional cost of $10.95 per guest for breakfast was a bit much, especially now that most hotels now offer some kind of complimentary breakfast. We opted for breakfast away from the property.

The bed was marvelous! It was very very comfortable. We did not want to get out of it. The spa was excellent as well as the pool. Both were nice and clean.

The tv we had to set to hdmi every time we turned it on. So we just left the tv on our whole stay so we would not have to continue to set it every time we came back into the room.

The location was perfect - so close to a beach in Florida, interstate, Target and many other stores, and easy access to the highway. The rooms were neat and new-fashioned with breakfast included.

Friendly staff and location to our needs for a place to stay. Place is very pleasant.

This location was very clean and rooms were comfortable. Front desk staff was efficient and check in was quick.

The morning breakfast buffet was an extra charge.

Strongly recommend for resting at all

Clean room, friendly staff, our room featured a bright bathroom with excellent water pressure and a mini fridge for convenience.

Almost everything. Loved that the pool didn't close. Late night swim, early morning swim.

Room needed a bit of dusting. Had Keurig coffeemaker in the room, but only two k-cups in the room.

Clean & comfortable rooms-reasonable rates

We would of liked a complementary breakfast but it was still a good deal and we didn't want to spend more to have an extra meal!

perfect location for city walks and nearby attractions

We loved how the hotel's cleanliness matched the quality of the nearby attractions, like the EAA Aviation Museum just under 2 km away and the beautiful Pollock Community Water Park around 3.5 km that added a touch of relaxation to our city strolls, along with a cute lobby that had beautiful decorations and comfortable hangout spaces.

Pool was clean and was appropriate for all ages. Temperature of both hot tub and pool were comfortable as well. I am currently pregnant and find it upsetting when the pool isnt warm enough. Your enclosed pool area was a key contributor to our satisfaction.

Beds were very hard regardless of adjusting the firmness. I am not sure if they simply dont work anymore but they were definitely not soft.

Lack of courtesy from staff, no continental breakfast or additional ammenities you receive from other hotels at the same rate.

A good pick for a city holiday in Oshkosh with all in all great value for money. The beds were comfortable, which I appreciated after a long day. Make sure to check the bathroom for cleanliness upon arrival.

Our mattress was awful - we both sunk into the middle of it! It was really loud - we could hear every toilet flush and actually heard a conversation through the bathroom vent from another room!
